Don Tacos brings authentic Mexican street food to the UK, combining vibrant flavours and homely vibes in a relaxed restaurant setting.
Our journey began in 2017 with a simple ambition — to become one of the UK’s most loved street food brands. At a time when few places offered authentic tacos in Bolton or the surrounding areas, we set out to change that. By importing chillies and other key ingredients directly from Mexico, we’ve stayed true to the country’s bold and fiery flavours while crafting dishes that appeal to British tastes.

What’s Cooking at Don Tacos?
Our menu celebrates the vibrant essence of Mexican street food — colourful, bold, and full of character.
Signature Dishes:
- Birria Tacos: slow-cooked meat simmered in authentic Mexican chillies and spices, served with a rich consommé for dipping.
- Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla: grilled flour tortilla layered with chipotle chicken, cheese, jalapeños, and beans, served with salsa and sour cream.
- Mexican Tinga Burrito: slow-cooked shredded chicken in a chipotle and tomato base, rolled with salsa verde, jalapeños, pico de gallo, and cheese.
Seasonal specials are introduced throughout the year to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
